Outstanding dim sum! Dumplings are always huge and everything is very, very tasty. Outstanding selection and each and every one of them are lovely. Very fair prices considering the quality of the dim sum. I can't even begin start to say which of their dishes can't be beat. I've been to a lot of dim sum restaurants and in terms of quality, value and of course taste, this is the best. Good service and clean.

Staff was friendly but was running herself ragged. Understaffed in my opinion. Water taps in the men's washroom needs fixing. Food was good and very hot.

Great options even for people who aren't big on Asian food. Love the fried rice, noodle dishes, pork chops, and gai lan.

Great Dim Sum ......had to go with my Chinese friends or I wouldn't know what to order but it was good worth a try if you like authentic Chinese food.

Love this place ! Every dish we tried was AMAZING!!! Soup dumplings were spectacular. We also had shredded pork in hoisin sauce with pancake , it is ridiculously good. beef in black pepper sauce hot sizzling plate best we’ve ever had. And golden custard buns we always have , so delicious. Will eat there again and again

Overall quality of their dim sum were poor. The soya sauce for the steamed rice roll was sour, obviously it was rancid. The daikon cake tasted weird. The wrap for the shrimp dumplings was chewy. The steamed beef balls supposed to have 山竹，there was no 山竹。The list goes on, too numerous to write. Overall, their dim sum belongs to failing grade. The service was sporadic, one server was good and the other one wasn't even friendly. I tipped because of the first server, the second one didn't even say a thank you after I tipped 20% and not even a smile. I certainly don't need to stop at this place next time if I feel like going for dim sum.

I went with few of my friends to this place. It was really really slow at giving food out. We have to wait 45 min to 1 hours for the food to come to our table. Few of us got food and other had to wait longer. We couldnt enjoy the meal together which was disappointing because we came to eat together. Food was alright here and portion was huge. Customer service was poor as well. Had ask for everything which should have given out at the first place. For example spoon,forks and water refill.

An old school looking dim sum restaurant with nothing flashy. Not cart style. It is a checklist style. Food comes out relatively quick. There is a tea cost if you choose that path . The dim sum here is ok. Eggplant dish i highly recommend but besides that...shrimp roll was rather disappointing..rice rolls were extremely thick and there was one shrimp present per roll. Prices range from 3.39 to 6.99 dependent on size of dish. There are othwr traditional like food here (a large menu) but didnt try that. The dim sum hits the spot but..overall it was plain ok and have had better.

This restaurant offers pretty good Chinese dishes. Steamed juicy dumplings are our favorite. We always order it. The place is quite spacious. The employees are friendly. The service is fast. All the dishes are of good quality. Highly recommend.

Food is terrible, sweet and sour pork is gross and has an odd texture. Chow mein was flavourless and dry and overcooked, shrimp looked really weird. Only 1 star for the spring rolls, they were decent.

This is my favorite place in the city for dim sum! I love I can always get free dessert. The selection is great and the place is nice and spacious.

It was my first time went to this restaurant. The service is fast. Servers are very lovely and friendly. They pulled the tables far away from each other. It made I feel very safe to enjoy my meal with my family. The food was hot and fresh make. The dim sum and dishes are served in huge portions comparing to other places. We were three people and We ordered a lot of food. I am very pleased with the food and service.

Went in with a couple friends, not many customers inside (8-12 people). We all ordered food, and it took them over 1 hour and 20 mins to get a order to one of our friends. Everyone got their foods at different time, and some of the food was very greasy. Asked the people who worked their about the food, and they wouldn't have an idea. Also seemed like they were trying to get their Skip the Dishes customers taken care of before actual customers waiting. Just terrible customer service, and I will not be returning in the future.I also had a quick look through the reviews of this restaurant on Google Reviews and seems like there is tons of complaints of bad/slow service.

The food is fantastic. Love how much they give you and the honey garlic chicken is best out of all other restaurants in Winnipeg. However, the wait that comes with the food is horrible. I ordered on SkiptheDishes once and DoorDash twice. I've had to wait 30+ minutes for my food despite arriving at the time the app told me to. One time, my food was ready to go, but that was it. While I was waiting, I saw people wait 10+ minutes for beer and also wait another 10 for a bottle opener, which they didn't even receive. They managed to open the beer with another beer bottle. The service and timing here is horrible, but sadly, the food is really good.Edit: I wanted to add that I saw a chef in the back smoke a cigarette IN the kitchen. He put it down when we made eye contact and then went back for it a few minutes later.

Have been there numerous times now. The food has been fantastic. All the meats taste fresh, they taste much better than any chinese food place that I have tried so far. Every dish that we have tried out so far has been full of flavour and different from each other. The whole menu looks tempting and am excited to go back and try one dish after another. If you are interested in oriental food, this place should not be missed.The food was fresh.Tasted fantastic. The wait time from.whence you order is not long. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The fried shrimp was amazing. Overall, the best chinese food around by some distance. Try it out.

One of the greatest Chinese restaurant. The food is top quality, and the staff and the restaurant follow the quarantine rules properly. Big thumbs up. Great experience.Food is amazing, service is good, decent restaurant, nice place for families and kids. Amazing food! I used to come here a lot back in the day and this place has fantastic food especially if you are looking to eat late at night. I am not sure what the hours are now but this place has very tasty menu items. Even the apps are enough to fill you up like a meal!

Lovely place to eat. The food is excellent, the staff are also friendly. The price is just perfect. Golden custard buns and salt pepper squid is amazing. My husband like the beef stew noodle soup. It is a lot meat inside. Highly recommended!

A tasty and relatively quiet place to get dim sum. Quick service and their steamed dumplings are perfection. I only wish they would have better vegetarian options (most is fried or very basic).

Good dim sum place. Perhaps understaffed due to COVID so the arrival of food was kinda slow but the staff that were there were attentive and accommodating. Food was tasty. We enjoyed dining here!

The server always incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment you arrive. You are guaranteed freshly cooked, tasty and authentic food.We love that they know our favourites and made my family feel well looked after in all the years we have been going. I have to resist going there too often. I have seen so many happy customers there. It will remain a favourite spot for my family -for very reasonably priced but tasty food.

Taste good. But service is terrible. My food has that metal. But they never say sorry or apology. They just ask replace food or cancel menu. Be careful your teeth

I go with my wife to this great restaurant a lot! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I visit this place at least once a week. The cooking is excellent, the workers are welcoming and the prices are affordable. I enjoy being in this restaurant over a decent meal.

Food quality was poor as compared to the downtown location. We order 7/8 items and none uo to the standard.

Last night was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the fine cooking and wine and with the modest cost. We will surely return there again.

We went here during their lunch hour happy hour which is from 11a-3pm. Everything on their happy hour menu is $2.99. My fave dishes are the shrimp steamed dumplings and the eggplant with shrimp in black bean sauce. We also got steamed rice with spare ribs, pork dumplings, steamed meat ball, and steamed pork bun. It was our first time trying the steamed meat ball and I was surprised at how good it was. The steamed pork bun had a smokey flavour to it which was so delicious! They have their own parking space which is a plus for me.

I think it's a good sign when you see Chinese people eating at a Chinese restaurant. Restaurant has been rebranded recently, but the food pretty much stayed the same, also noticed the staff was more friendly than I remember... The restaurant is still a pretty dirty environment, but I feel the food makes up for it.

Arrived from Malaysia 3 days back & we were walking in the cold winter weather yesterday morning (one of the coldest ever -21 degree Celsius). This is the only restaurant open that time, the waitress saw us walking in & immediately usher us to a table, bring us hot tea & have a nice chat with us. Make us feels like home. The food is extremely huge portion & rather affordable . The menu listed many of items & this shows how extensive is the food on sale here. Good quality food. Quantity is more than satisfactory. Service is good so far. They even allowed us to stay in until the weather gets better. Will come again!

Very poor cooking. Order seafood fried rice. Rice not properly fried, no taste and barely any seafood. They just make you sad every single time you try..

Bad service we waited for an hour for the food to come. And people who came after us received food faster than us. Fried rice was really bad they used frozen peas and carrots and charged 13$

The best dishes & dim sum place around. Lots of room for your larger parties (with reservation), and a energetic atmosphere that makes sure you can chat and laugh with your friends without worry. The food is very well priced and very tasty.

We loved the Dim Sum here. Note that they don't use the steam trays- you order from a menu. The portions are typical for Dim Sum, which is good for sampling a number of dishes. We also ordered fried rice and a vegetable dish off the regular menu and the portions for those dishes were quite large. Everything was served hot and freshly prepared. The restaurant was very clean when we visited as well.

The quality of food especially dim sum is very good. They have dim sum happy hour every day from 11-2 in which all small, medimun and large portion dim sum are one fixed price. You get quality and good value of food. Highly recommend. Lots of parking space too. You pay half of what you you would pay in Chinatown and there are not much difference ! I think they changed ownership couple months ago and the standard has been nothing but going up !
